Abstract

Papa Pounamu is the Māori and Pasifika Special Interest Group of the New Zealand Planning Institute. This is their March 2022 submission on the RMA reform discussion document 'Transforming Aotearoa New Zealand’s resource management system: Our future resource management system'.

This document is directly related to the research focus of Papa Pounamu member and kairangahau Māori Lara Taylor (E Oho!) - Māori resilience and resistance through the resource management reforms.
